Payments

All merchandise purchases are processed securely through our store and payment provider. We never see or store your full card details — payment information is handled directly by the payment processor. Prices are shown at checkout, along with any applicable taxes and shipping costs.

Shipping

Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout and depend on your location and the items ordered. You will receive an order confirmation, and tracking details where available.

Returns & refunds

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Unworn, unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days; return shipping may be the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty. Digital items and personalized products are non-refundable except where required by law.
